Order delivery

Shipping costs

• For Metropolitan France & Monaco: €4.00.
• For member countries of the European Union: €9.00.
• Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage.

Delivery method

• Orders are delivered by La Poste in Letter Followed or Colissimo.

• Special care is taken when preparing the order: the dimensions of the packages are appropriate and the items are properly protected.

Shipping & Delivery Time

• Shipping: If the product is in stock, the order is shipped 2 to 5 working days after validation of the order and full receipt of payment.

• Delivery:
• For mainland France & Monaco: Delivery times are 2 to 3 working days after dispatch of the order.
• For member countries of the European Union: International delivery times are 4 to 10 working days after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking

• A tracking number provided by La Poste will be communicated to you by e-mail after the order has been sent.

• With this La Poste tracking number, you can track your order on the page https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois (a delay of 24 to 48 hours may be required before the package status appears).
